Salesforce Developer
**Role Summary**
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that support business objectives. Collaborate cross‑functionally to troubleshoot integration issues, implement platform improvements, and ensure high performance, security, and compliance across the Salesforce ecosystem.
**Expectations**

- Communicate technical status and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Architect and build custom components using Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), flows, JavaScript, JSON, XML, and SOQL.
- Develop and configure Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud sites.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Create and maintain data visualizations and dashboards that meet business needs.
- Implement security controls, data compliance processes, and best‑practice governance.
- Test, debug, and troubleshoot applications, collaborating with QA and business teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, stand‑ups, reviews) using tools such as Jira.
- Document architecture, code, and processes for knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Proficiency with Aura, LWC, flows, JavaScript, JSON, XML, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, data visualizations, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security standards and data compliance.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira or equivalent project tools.
- Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with clear communication skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant) are preferred but not mandatory.
