Job title: Chief Information Officer
Role Summary: Strategic executive responsible for defining and executing the global IT and business systems strategy to enable secure, scalable growth and digital transformation across a distributed, security‑first organization.
Expectations: Deliver a cohesive technology vision that aligns with business priorities, drive modernization and automation initiatives, maintain secure and reliable IT services worldwide, manage IT budgets and vendor relationships, partner with the CISO for security compliance, and build and lead high‑performing global IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and implement global IT strategy and architecture across infrastructure, cloud, data platforms and core business applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS, Finance).
• Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable IT services for worldwide operations.
• Lead modernization, automation, and AI‑enabled transformation projects.
• Own IT financial management, vendor strategy, and cost optimization.
• Partner closely with the CISO to align IT operations with security and compliance requirements.
• Build, mentor, and retain high‑performing global IT and systems teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
• 15+ years of progressive IT leadership with at least 5 years in senior executive roles.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale, globally distributed IT operations, architecture, and business systems.
• Deep technical expertise in networking, datacenter technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Microsoft ecosystem, and enterprise applications.
• Experience designing enterprise data and business processes across Finance, HR, Sales, and Operations.
• Exceptional vendor management, negotiation, and contract oversight capabilities.
• Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills across all organization levels.
Required Education & Certifications:
• B.S. or M.S. in Information Technology, Computer Science, or IT Management.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, cloud platform certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP), or equivalent.
