The intern will conduct stakeholder interviews, document processes, create digital tools, and produce best‑practice resources to streamline manager integration and professional development. Expactations: Deliver a fully‑functional guide that includes process maps, tool tutorials, digital resources, and management best‑practice sheets, enabling new managers to effectively support their teams within the first months of their role. Key Responsibilities • Interview existing managers to identify critical onboarding elements. • Map the various managerial positions and their specific requirements. • Document and create tutorials or user guides for HR and business tools. • Incorporate a full HR process map to support managers in employee development. • Develop best‑practice sheets for team facilitation (e.g., effective meetings). • Propose innovative digital tools to enhance onboarding efficiency. Required Skills • Strong written communication and documentation abilities. • Good interpersonal skills and an understanding of managerial needs. • Comfortable with digital tools and learning how to create user‑friendly tutorials. • Excellent organizational and project‑management capabilities.
