Job Title: Lead NetSuite Developer
Role Summary: Lead design, development, and implementation of custom NetSuite solutions, including modules, workflows, SuiteScript, dashboards, and integrations, to optimize and automate order-to-cash (O2C), procure-to-pay (PTP), and related business processes.
Expectations:
- Oversee end‑to‑end NetSuite development lifecycle, ensuring high quality, secure, and scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and deliver documentation.
- Lead testing, deployment, and post‑Go‑Live support, maintaining long‑term system stability and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom NetSuite solutions (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder).
- Build and maintain integrations using SuiteTalk, SOAP, REST APIs, and middleware.
- Optimize O2C, PTP, RLM, Advanced Financials, Inventory, WMS, Procurement, Order Management, Intercompany, and Revenue Recognition workflows.
- Manage system security, user roles, data governance, and compliance controls.
- Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT), deployment, and post‑deployment troubleshooting.
- Provide end‑user support and training; document enhancements, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Oversee data migration tasks, saved searches, CSV import/export, and reporting.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years NetSuite ERP development, implementation, and support experience.
- Expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST), JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
- Proven ability to customize O2C, PTP, and RLM processes.
- Strong integration skills with third‑party applications via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, technical documentation, and end‑user training.
- Familiarity with data migration, custom records/objects, and advanced reporting.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
- NetSuite ERP SuiteAdvanced Developer certification or equivalent (preferred).
