Strategic Projects Lead
**Role Summary**
Lead and execute large‑scale human‑data programs that directly power AI model training and evaluation. Own end‑to‑end delivery, manage a distributed workforce of expert Fellows, and partner with frontier AI labs to ensure high‑quality, cost‑efficient outcomes that drive significant revenue impact.
**Expectations**
- Execute AI data initiatives with multi‑month timelines, contributing double‑digit millions in ARR‑equivalent impact.
- Manage hundreds to thousands of Fellows, maintaining quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Design and iterate staffing models, incentives, and workflows to improve throughput and margins.
- Resolve scope, production, and stakeholder issues, expanding programs through proven delivery.
- Navigate ambiguity, make rapid decisions with incomplete information, and own outcomes end‑to‑end.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, coordinate, and execute each phase of AI data pipelines from data collection to evaluation.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage distributed workforce, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Build and maintain performance metrics; report progress to senior stakeholders and AI partners.
- Develop and refine process improvements for scalability, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Serve as primary liaison with partner AI labs, translating technical requirements into actionable plans.
**Required Skills**
- 4+ years in operations, strategy, product, consulting, finance, or high‑growth startups.
- Proven ability to own complex, cross‑functional execution with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong analytical and first‑principles problem‑solving capabilities applied to scaling operations.
- Agile decision‑making under ambiguity; ability to thrive with evolving information.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, including C‑level interactions.
- Demonstrated high ownership mindset and end‑to‑end accountability.
- Curiosity about AI technologies and ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and industry trends.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field (business, engineering, data analytics, etc.).
