Job Description
**Job Title:** Manager, Transport & Mobility Digital Transformation **Role Summary:** Lead end‑to‑end digital transformation and organisational improvement projects for major transport sector clients (rail operators, mobility authorities, logistics, infrastructure managers). Champion change, modernise IT systems, optimise processes, and deliver strategic initiatives such as ticketing overhaul, passenger digital experience, predictive maintenance, and data/AI projects. **Expectations:** - Minimum 7 years of consulting or transformation leadership experience, preferably within transport & mobility. - Proven ability to manage complex projects in regulated environments. - Strong sector knowledge (ticketing, intermodality, predictive maintenance, safety, open data). - Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder‑management skills, with a business‑development mindset. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Own project lifecycle from scoping through implementation, ensuring deliverables, budget, and timeline. 2. Advise clients on IT system modernization, process optimisation, and change‑management strategies. 3. Lead multidisciplinary teams (consultants, PMs, technical and functional experts). 4. Drive strategic initiatives: ticketing system redesign, passenger journey digitalisation, infrastructure maintenance optimisation, data & AI programs. 5. Build and maintain trustful relationships with client business and IT stakeholders. 6. Contribute to business development efforts within the transport & mobility sector. **Required Skills:** - Project management in digital transformation and organisational change. - Deep understanding of transport‑sector regulatory and business challenges. - Proficiency in change‑management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter). - Leadership of cross‑functional teams and facilitation of executive steering committees. - Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication abilities. - Commercial acumen and ability to nurture client relationships. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Graduate of a top engineering or business school (BEng, MSc, MBA). - Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (engineering, business administration, information systems). - Preferred project‑management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent). ---
