**Role Summary**
Strategic operator partnering with the CEO and senior leadership to design, launch, and scale new business lines, partnerships, and infrastructure initiatives across media, tech, and entrepreneurship domains. Own end‑to‑end projects from market sizing and financial modeling to execution roadmaps and pilot delivery, converting pilots into scalable, operational systems.
**Expectations**
- Lead complex, ambiguous projects from conception to completion, delivering measurable results on a fast‑paced cycle.
- Align and coordinate cross‑functional teams (content, product, operations, data, legal, finance) to ensure clarity on scope and impact.
- Provide data‑driven insights and financial frameworks that inform investment, partnership, and strategic decisions.
- Translate pilots into repeatable processes, systems, or programs that can be scaled across the organization.
- Negotiate and structure deals, manage post‑integration activities, and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, or advisors.
- Present clear, actionable recommendations to executive leadership, influencing priorities and resource allocation.
- Use AI and modern workflow tools to accelerate execution and improve team productivity.
- Continuously monitor creator‑economy and technology trends to guide strategic bets.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Own cross‑functional initiatives (new business creation, infrastructure scaling, revenue operations).
2. Conduct market sizing, build financial models, develop execution roadmaps, and launch pilots.
3. Scale successful pilots into operational systems, processes, or programs.
4. Support partnership deals: structure, negotiate, due diligence, integration.
5. Develop ROI analyses and financial frameworks for investment and partnership decisions.
6. Coordinate with content, product, operations, data, legal, and finance to implement strategy.
7. Communicate project scope, progress, and impact to leadership and cross‑functional teams.
8. Build/manage relationships with external partners, agencies, advisors.
9. Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
10. Define and apply scalable operating models and strategic frameworks.
11. Leverage AI tools to accelerate execution and automate workflows.
12. Track market dynamics in creator economy, platforms, and tech landscape.
**Required Skills**
- 3–5 years in investment banking, strategy consulting, venture capital, private equity, or high‑growth operations, with ≥2 years in an internal/operator role.
- Proven ownership of complex, ambiguous projects from scoping to delivery.
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling proficiency; ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence senior executives and cross‑functional teams.
- Deal structuring and partnership management experience, preferably in media or technology.
- Flexibility to operate at executive strategy level and at detailed execution level.
- Comfortable working in high‑tempo, high‑autonomy environments with shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflows; willingness to learn and apply new technologies.
- Deep curiosity about the creator economy, new business models, and content/tech platforms.

**Required Education & Certifications**
