2026 Global Client Solutions – Sales Support (France, Benelux & Italy) Internship
**Role Summary**
Provide on‑site and virtual support to the Global Client Solutions (KCS) FIBI team in Paris. Deliver high‑quality client servicing, marketing collateral, and sales‑enablement tasks for KKR‑sponsored funds across France, Italy, Benelux, and Iberia. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to respond to ad‑hoc client requests, RFPs, and external events while maintaining pipeline visibility.
**Expectations**
- 2–3 prior internships in finance with exposure to Investor Relations, fundraising or client servicing.
- Strong academic record (BSc in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field).
- Fluency in French and English; Italian or Dutch an advantage.
- Exceptional written and oral communication, multi‑tasking, and organisational skills.
- Team‑oriented, proactive, detail‑focused, and culturally sensitive.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Respond to ad‑hoc client requests, ensuring prompt and professional service.
2. Learn and disseminate information on platform, product suite, and investment strategies across asset classes.
3. Collaborate with product, client services, RFP, and institutional sales teams to prepare client‑centric materials.
4. Assist in staging sales meetings, pitches, and external marketing events.
5. Prepare and update client data requests/RFP responses, including portfolio statistics and deck creation.
6. Track FIBI budget, pipeline, and provide weekly status reports.
7. Support regional sales teams with cross‑border client inquiries and coordinate weekly internal reporting.
8. Adapt to evolving team priorities and contribute to new initiatives.
**Required Skills**
- Bilingual French/English; additional language (Italian/Dutch) a plus.
- Strong presentation, research, and data‑analysis abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Client‑service mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail, initiative, and problem‑solving.
- Knowledge of global financial markets and alternative investments.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline).
- No specific certifications required; credit to relevant coursework in investment analysis, finance, or marketing is advantageous.
