Product Manager, Client Services
**Role Summary**
Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of internal platforms that enable global client‑services teams to manage trips, communications, and service delivery. Partner with Client Services, Operations, Engineering, and Design to build intuitive, scalable tools aligned with business priorities and data‑driven outcomes.
**Expectations**
- Translate business needs into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize and maintain a product backlog that balances impact, value, and feasibility.
- Drive agile delivery, ensuring timely releases, high quality, and stakeholder alignment.
- Use analytics to monitor KPIs, inform prioritization, and continuously improve the product.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and execute product vision and roadmap for Client Services technology.
- Conduct discovery, requirement gathering, and stakeholder workshops across Client Services, Sales, and Operations.
- Collaborate with Engineering and UX teams to design and ship intuitive tools for communication, workflow, and trip execution.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track progress, manage timelines, and communicate status to cross‑functional leaders.
- Lead release planning, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
- Produce post‑release documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Gather user feedback for iterative product enhancements.
- Contribute to improving product development practices within the team.
**Required Skills**
- 3+ years product management experience, preferably in aviation, enterprise SaaS, or service‑oriented platforms.
- Proven track record delivering client‑facing service tools, CRM or workflow systems in a global environment.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking; ability to use data/KPIs to drive decisions.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies; proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Scrum ceremonies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce; exposure to Asana, Power BI, Tableau a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams, manage competing priorities, and influence across regions.
- User‑centric mindset focused on enhancing client and employee experiences.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- Product Management, Agile, or Scrum certification (e.g., CSPO, PMP) preferred.
