Job Description
**Job Title** People Analyst Intern (HR Sandwich Placement Year) **Role Summary** Full‑time 13‑month internship (July 2026 – July 2027) in London. Supports the People Team with day‑to‑day HR operations, data analysis, and project management across global sites. Works on talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and strategic people initiatives such as engagement and inclusion. **Expectations** * Enroll in a sandwich‑year undergraduate degree (HR, Psychology, Business Management or related). * Available for full‑time, on‑site work starting July 2026. * Demonstrate high organisational, analytical and communication skills. * Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with all HR data. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Maintain and update employee records in the People Platform (Bob). 2. Respond to general HR queries and assist with day‑to‑day People operations. 3. Lead and support People projects (e.g., engagement, inclusion, process improvement). 4. Assist recruiting: post job adverts, screen CVs, coordinate interviews. 5. Manage onboarding and induction for new hires. 6. Support payroll and benefits administration across multiple global locations. 7. Prepare HR documents such as contracts and employment references. **Required Skills** * Excellent written and verbal communication. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. * Quick learner of new software and technologies. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; data analysis proficiency. * Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Required Education & Certifications** * Undergraduate student studying Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field. * Eligible for a full‑time 13‑month UK sandwich placement. **Desirable (but not required)** * Prior administrative or inbox‑management experience. * Corporate environment exposure. * Adobe Acrobat experience.
