**Job Title** Customer Success Manager **Role Summary** Own a portfolio of B2B SaaS clients, driving retention, expansion, and deep product adoption. Serve as the primary customer advocate, linking clients to product, sales, and support teams, and delivering quarterly success strategies that identify churn risks and unlock revenue opportunities. **Expectations** - Achieve key metrics of retention and expansion (Net Growth / NDR). - Manage the full renewal cycle and maintain a high customer health score. - Travel 5‑10% of time for client site visits and events. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and execute quarterly success plans for assigned portfolio. - Build trustful relationships, leveraging empathy to uncover client challenges. - Act as product expert for Invoicing & Payments, leading adoption workshops and training. - Proactively monitor usage metrics to spot opportunities and risks. - Manage renewals, upsell, and expansion conversations. - Stay current with product roadmap; demo new features to customers. - Advocate customer insights to product, sales, and support teams. - Coordinate cross‑functional projects and deliver on defined timelines. **Required Skills** - 3+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success, Account Management, or related enablement role. - Strong relationship‑building, communication, and presentation abilities. - Strategic mindset with comfort setting and achieving sales/retention targets. - Empathy and curiosity to understand accounting firm operations. - Project management experience; skill in coordinating multi‑department teams. - Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools; data‑driven decision making. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (business, communications, or related field) or equivalent experience. - Preferred certifications: Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM), Certified Account Manager (CAM), or similar. ---
