Job Description
Job Title: Salesforce Developer Role Summary: Lead architect and developer responsible for designing, configuring, coding, testing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver contact center tools, integrations, and enhancements while ensuring platform reliability and continuous improvement. Expectations: - Deliver high‑quality Salesforce applications (Apex, LWC, Flows, Visualforce). - Maintain platform uptime, provide on‑call support, and manage release deployment. - Lead technical design, enforce standards, and guide user requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and customize Salesforce.com, including workflows, approval processes, and reports. - Develop Apex triggers, classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components. - Build and maintain integrations with internal and third‑party APIs (RESTful services). - Plan and execute application changes, deployment, upgrades, and releases. - Provide technical leadership and mentor team members on best practices. - Create documentation, test suites, and application standards. - Monitor service level availability and resolve break/fix/enhancement incidents. Required Skills: - 3+ years Salesforce development experience (Apex, Triggers, Flows, Visualforce, LWC). - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and integration patterns. - Git version control and Salesforce CLI proficiency. - JavaScript and Jest knowledge for LWC development (preferred). - Excellent problem‑solving, organization, and communication skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience. - Salesforce Certified Developer (or equivalent).
