**Job Title:** Junior Data Scientist
**Role Summary:**
Support the development and deployment of machine‑learning and deep‑learning solutions, with a focus on natural language processing, statistical modeling, and data‑driven product insights. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business problems into analytical workflows and visualizations.
**Expectations:**
- 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP.
- Ability to prototype, evaluate, and implement models using Python‑based libraries.
- Competence in data exploration, statistical analysis, and generating actionable insights for product and business decisions.
- Strong communication skills to present findings to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build, train, and fine‑tune regression, classification, and neural‑network models (DNN, CNN, RNN/LSTM, GAN).
- Develop NLP pipelines using SpaCy, NLTK, Flair, and sklearn‑crfsuite.
- Conduct text analytics, feature engineering, and statistical machine‑learning experiments.
- Perform data exploration, funnel analysis, A/B testing, churn analysis, user segmentation, and KPI tracking.
- Create clear visualizations and reports in Python (Matplotlib/Seaborn) or R.
- Deploy models with Scikit‑learn, Keras, TensorFlow, and maintain reproducible code using Pandas and NumPy.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate insights into product recommendations.
**Required Skills:**
- Python programming (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/Keras).
- NLP libraries: SpaCy, NLTK, Flair, sklearn‑crfsuite.
- Deep‑learning architectures: DNN, CNN, RNN/LSTM, GAN.
- Statistical modeling, data mining, and time‑series analysis.
- Data visualization (Python or R).
- Experience with A/B testing, churn/retention analysis, and KPI measurement.
- Familiarity with large language models (LLM) concepts is a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field (Master’s preferred).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TensorFlow Developer, AWS Machine Learning, or equivalent) are advantageous but not mandatory.
