**Job Title:** Sales Operations Manager
**Role Summary:**
Oversee the complete sales operations function in a high‑growth fintech, driving commercial performance, process excellence, and data‑driven decision making for the Business Development team. Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership, align sales strategy with corporate goals, and deliver board‑level reporting on pipeline, SLAs, revenue, and operational efficiency.
**Expectations:**
- Lead and develop a high‑performing BD team; manage day‑to‑day performance and coaching.
- Own sales operations frameworks (processes, workflows, territories, quotas).
- Ensure SLA compliance for outreach, lead response, pipeline hygiene, and handoff.
- Govern CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) for accuracy, compliance, and adoption.
- Deliver timely and accurate performance reports to the executive team and board.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve commercial outcomes.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Product, and Finance to align strategy and GTM planning.
- Drive optimisation projects (automation, tooling, process redesign).
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Mentor and manage BD staff; set KPIs, coach to meet revenue targets.
- Forecast monthly sales performance; report to board.
- Maintain full sales operations framework: territory management, quota setting, pipeline hygiene.
- Oversee CRM governance, data quality, and user adoption.
- Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly reports on pipeline health, conversion metrics, forecasts, and team performance.
- Proactively flag risks and opportunities to senior leadership.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams for segmentation, pricing input, and demand forecasting.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (automation, tool implementation).
**Required Skills:**
- 3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations (fintech/tech/SaaS).
- Proven experience managing and scaling BD or inside sales teams.
- Strong analytical mindset; expert in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and reporting tools.
- Ability to produce board‑level insights and strategic recommendations.
- Deep knowledge of sales pipelines, funnel metrics, lead lifecycle, and forecasting.
- Excellent stakeholder management; experience interacting at C‑suite/board level.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Certifications in Sales Operations (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, HubSpot Sales Software) preferred.
