Ensure efficient, scalable onboarding processes that accelerate advisors’ speed to revenue while collaborating cross-functionally to resolve challenges. **Expectations:** - Strong prioritization of customer-facing outcomes, empathy, and communication. - Adaptability in fast-paced, high-growth environments. - Proactive problem-solving and ownership of scalable process improvements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and execute advisor onboarding workflows, optimizing for speed and impact within 90 days. - Coordinate sales-to-activation handoffs with growth teams, defining key milestones. - Deliver training and resources to enable advisors to effectively use Savvy’s software and tools. - Serve as a primary contact for advisors during transitions, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution. - Monitor progress, identify risks, and partner with client servicing teams to manage account transitions. - Develop scalable processes to improve onboarding efficiency and advisor success. **Required Skills:** - 3–5+ years in sales enablement, customer success, account management, or client engagement in tech, fintech, or wealth management. - Proven track record in customer-facing roles with relationship-building and communication expertise. - Training/presentation skills to tailor support for diverse advisors. - Collaborative, self-driven mindset with high ownership and low-ego execution. - Strong organizational ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in learning and deploying new technologies quickly. **Required Education & Certifications:** Not specified.
