Job Description
Job title: Recruiting Coordinator Role Summary: Provide short‑term recruiting support in a high‑volume sourcing initiative. The role focuses on candidate identification, outreach for interest and basic qualification verification, and administrative assistance in recruiting operations. Expectations: - 4‑week contract, with possibility of extension or conversion to full‑time. - No full‑cycle recruiting or formal screening responsibilities. - Operate autonomously within a fast‑moving environment with shifting priorities. Key Responsibilities: - Source candidates using Indeed and iCIMS. - Conduct initial outreach to confirm candidate interest and basic role alignment. - Verify core qualifications against defined criteria and stage candidates for recruiter review. - Prepare and organize candidate lists for handoff to senior recruiters. - Assist with market‑mapping efforts and transfer curated talent lists into marketing or outreach workflows. - Perform recruiting‑related administrative tasks: coordination, data entry, tracking, and documentation. - Follow detailed instructions, ask clarifying questions when needed, and maintain high attention to detail. Required Skills: - Proficiency with ATS platforms (Indeed, iCIMS, or comparable). - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Detail‑oriented and capable of following structured processes. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Self‑motivated, curious, and eager to learn recruiting and talent operations. Required Education & Certifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Preferred: experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, or junior recruiting.
