**Job Title:** ServiceNow IRM Engineer
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions. Translate business and compliance requirements into technical implementations, ensure seamless integrations, and deliver clear communication to both technical teams and senior leadership.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 10 years total IT experience; 3+ years hands‑on ServiceNow, including IRM.
- Proven ability to create and maintain ServiceNow configurations, workflows, scripts, UI policies, ACLs, and integrations.
- Strong verbal and written communication, capable of presenting complex solutions to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with GRC/IRM trends and Agile/Scaled Agile methodologies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Configure and customize ServiceNow IRM modules, CMDB, and related applications.
- Develop and maintain scripts (JavaScript, Jelly), UI policies, business rules, and RESTful APIs.
- Design and implement integrations with external systems (e.g., GCP, other enterprise tools).
- Build and support workflow automations, reports, and dashboards for risk and compliance monitoring.
- Conduct system analysis, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to SAFe delivery practices.
**Required Skills:**
- ServiceNow platform expertise (configurations, workflows, scripting, ACLs, UI policies).
- Proficient in JavaScript, REST APIs, XML, Java, Jelly, AngularJS.
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and integration patterns.
- Understanding of GRC/IRM concepts and industry best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (preferred/required).
- Agile/SAFe experience (5+ years) desirable.
*Preferred but not mandatory:* Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), machine learning or generative AI concepts, and experience building JavaScript utilities.
