Job Title: DocuSign Platform System Analyst
Role Summary: Support, maintain, and enhance the DocuSign eSignature and CLM platform. Configure workflows, integrate with CRM systems, provide user support and training, and ensure system security and performance.
Expectations: Deliver reliable platform uptime, lead workflow configuration projects, train cross‑functional teams, and uphold cybersecurity and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and configure DocuSign CLM workflows, smart rules, eForms, and automation tools.
- Provide technical support and training to business users across multiple divisions (CSD, ROW, PEPS, PRO, etc.).
- Monitor system performance and coordinate with DocuSign on release notes, feature updates, and ticket resolution.
- Maintain security protocols and integration standards for all integrations with other systems (e.g., Salesforce, Active Directory).
- Lead vendor communication and manage release & integration tickets.
- Contribute to Center of Excellence initiatives and documentation.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience with DocuSign eSignature, CLM or equivalent contract management platforms.
- Deep technical knowledge of DocuSign capabilities, including eSignature, CLM, Notary.
- Experience with integration tools, ticketing systems, and Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT governance, vendor relations, contract lifecycle processes, and SaaS cybersecurity protocols.
- Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and training delivery skills.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., DocuSign Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Administrator) preferred but not mandatory.
