**Job Title:** User Experience Engineer
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and optimize user‑centric web interfaces. Combine visual design, front‑end coding, and analytics to improve engagement, conversion, and accessibility. Own end‑to‑end UX from concept through testing and iteration, collaborating with business analysts, content teams, and technical leads.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Translate business and user requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs.
- Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, accessible front‑end code (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript with React, Vue, or Angular).
- Ensure design feasibility with technical leads; provide guidance to junior team members.
- Implement and maintain analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager, Hotjar, Mixpanel) to track traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Analyze performance data; produce reports and actionable insights for UI improvement and business impact.
- Conduct A/B testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on results.
- Maintain design consistency across CMS platforms and collaborative version‑control workflows.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years UI/UX design experience with a demonstrable portfolio.
- Proficient in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Canva.
- Strong front‑end coding skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with CMS, version control (GitHub), and Agile workflows.
- Expertise in analytics: Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio; skilled in data visualization dashboards.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, WCAG accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and documentation abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in UX design, front‑end development, or analytics (e.g., Google Analytics Certified, UX Certified).
