**Job Title**
Agile Project Manager (Scrum Master / Project Manager)
**Role Summary**
Lead and coach cross‑functional teams in an innovation pod to deliver physical product innovations within the Food & Beverage sector. Manage Agile ceremonies, build project timelines, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring alignment across R&D, supply chain, marketing, finance, and strategy.
**Expectations**

- Foster a culture of rapid iteration, empowerment, and barrier removal.
- Maintain transparency of progress, risks, and sprint metrics.
- Adapt Agile workflows to the unique constraints of physical product development.
- Act as a hub between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, and other Agile rituals.
- Partner with Project Owner and Marketing Lead to manage end‑to‑end innovation and commercialization from concept to launch.
- Create, maintain, and adjust project timelines and product backlogs.
- Coach team members on Agile principles and balance speed with structure.
- Identify and resolve operational, organizational, and resource impediments.
- Track key Agile metrics (CSAT, maturity, capacity, velocity) and report progress.
- Document sprint goals, backlog items, decisions, and stakeholder communication.
- Guide retrospectives to continuously improve delivery and collaboration.
- Align all pod members, fostering shared ownership and rapid iteration.
- Tailor Agile workflows for packaging, retail constraints, and test‑and‑learn cycles.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience (5+ years) as Scrum Master or Project Manager in Food & Beverage.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development lifecycle.
- Expertise in physical product innovation, packaging projects, machinery alignment, and supply‑chain integration.
- Ability to build and adjust timelines in uncertain, high‑change environments.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Demonstrated success in test‑and‑learn and commercialization processes.
- Ability to translate technical requirements to non‑technical stakeholders and vice versa.
- Self‑driven, proactive, and independent stakeholder and process identification.
- Comfortable running Agile ceremonies and producing review materials.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Must have Food & Beverage industry experience (non‑negotiable).
- Experience in operations‑focused innovation project management, supply‑chain development, factory engineering, or machinery‑related delivery.
- Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master) preferred but not mandatory.
