**Job Title** Director of Supply Chain **Role Summary** Strategic leader responsible for end‑to‑end supply chain operations across multiple sites, driving efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement while building and mentoring a high‑performing team. **Expectations** - Own and transform the full supply chain function in a growing poultry company. - Deliver measurable improvements in logistics, inventory, and supplier performance. - Lead with operational excellence, safety, and compliance focus. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage a team of 40–50 employees, including mid‑level managers. - Oversee logistics, warehousing, transportation, inventory, and supplier agreements. - Partner with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Quality to align supply chain with business goals. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including system optimizations and spend analysis. - Negotiate contracts and maintain strong supplier relationships. - Ensure regulatory compliance, safety standards, and culture of excellence. **Required Skills** - 10+ years of supply chain leadership, preferably in cold storage, poultry, or food & beverage manufacturing. - Strong people‑management, coaching, and team‑building abilities. - Expertise in multi‑site operations, inventory strategy, and complex logistics networks. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. - Proven transportation and logistics experience. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (mandatory). - Master’s in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred. - Relevant supply chain certifications (e.g., CSCP, APICS) desirable.
