Job Description

**Job Title:** Integration and Middleware Developer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and maintain scalable API‑driven, event‑based integrations between enterprise systems (SAP, CRM, IVR, web/mobile) and cloud services (Azure). Lead the creation of microservices, optimize performance, ensure security, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑performance, reliable integrations in high‑volume environments. - Act as a senior or lead architect, guiding junior developers and code reviews. - Maintain clear, up‑to‑date technical documentation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement integrations for SAP S/4HANA, SAP BRIM, CRM platforms, Azure, IVR/telephony, web portals, and mobile apps. - Build and optimize API‑first, event‑driven microservices and middleware workflows. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune transaction performance, reliability, and scalability. - Develop, test, and refine IVR and cloud telephony integrations to enhance customer experience. - Apply security, encryption, and data protection best practices across all integrations. - Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and operations teams; participate in code reviews and documentation. **Required Skills:** - 8+ years of integration/middleware development; 3+ years in a senior or lead role. - Proficient in .NET (≥7 yrs), Python (≥5 yrs), GoLang (≥3 yrs). - Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, event‑based architecture. - Experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). - Familiarity with Kafka, Azure Event Hub, RabbitMQ; monitoring with Prometheus/Grafana. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). - Preferred: Azure, Kubernetes, or integration‑platform certifications.
