Job Description: Job title: Product Analyst Role Summary: Supports product development for US and Canadian life‑insurance and annuity products by designing, analyzing, and refining product specifications, regulations, contracts, and rate structures to ensure compliance, market fit, and operational integrity throughout the product lifecycle. Expactations: Deliver deep product and regulatory expertise, produce accurate compliance documentation, collaborate cross‑functionally, maintain high analytical precision, meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment, and proactively improve processes. Required Skills - Strong analytical, technical writing, and communication competencies. - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. - In-depth knowledge of US/Canadian life‑insurance regulations and product‑management best practices. - Experience in product, actuarial, operations, or business‑analysis roles. - Facilitation and interpersonal skills with independence and self‑direction. - Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to new concepts and technologies.
