**Job Title** Business Developer – France **Role Summary** Prospect, negotiate, and close new merchant partnerships across hospitality, wellness, leisure & automotive sectors for a global marketplace. Manage end‑to‑end sales cycle, onboard partners, maintain Salesforce data, and contribute to brand positioning. **Expectations** - Attain quarterly sales targets and pipeline metrics. - Deliver high‑quality deals with measurable ROI for merchants. - Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date CRM records. - Collaborate with marketing, product and local support teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify and qualify new local merchants through active sourcing and outbound activities. - Conduct discovery calls to understand business needs and present tailored partnership offers. - Negotiate contract terms and close commercial agreements. - Oversee partner onboarding, ensuring smooth integration into the platform. - Keep Salesforce updated with opportunities, activities, and results. - Support marketing campaigns and brand promotion efforts in the region. - Attend industry events, network, and represent the company. **Required Skills** - Fluency in French and English (verbal & written). - Proven sales experience (B2B) with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems. - Self‑driven, results‑oriented, and resilient to rejection. - Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. - Salesforce certification or equivalent is an advantage but not mandatory.
