Job Description
**Job Title** IAM Information Security Specialist **Role Summary** Securely manage identity and access governance for cloud‑based services. Lead configuration, integration, and maintenance of IDaaS/IAM systems while protecting highly confidential data. **Expectations** • Maintain and enhance the organization’s IAM security posture, ensuring compliance with internal and external policies. • Deliver reliable, documented IAM solutions that support application integrations and operational incidents. • Demonstrate proactive risk management and effective communication with stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, configure, and manage IAM objects (users, groups, service accounts, API tokens) across SaaS platforms. - Facilitate application integrations and provisioning workflows, ensuring adherence to change‑management processes. - Conduct regular reviews of IAM controls and implement improvements to safeguard information assets. - Investigate and resolve IAM incidents, collaborating with application and security teams. - Prepare and maintain IAM documentation, including policies, procedures, and technical guides. - Work within a team to prioritize tasks and support cross‑functional projects. **Required Skills** - Minimum 3 years of experience in access control/IDaaS/IAM environments. - Proficiency in configuring and managing SOAR/SSO solutions, identity lifecycle, and identity federation. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer‑service abilities. - Effective written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient with Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email clients. - Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and work collaboratively. **Required Education & Certifications** - Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field, OR equivalent experience. - Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or a vendor‑specific IDaaS/IAM credential. ---
