Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Full‑Stack Engineer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and own high‑performance, client‑facing web applications that support real‑time regulatory services for sophisticated financial institutions. Lead end‑to‑end delivery, from concept through production, collaborating with Product, UX, and engineering teams to deliver user‑centered digital experiences. **Expectations:** * Own full product lifecycle – schematic design, implementation, deployment, and maintenance. * Architect scalable, end‑to‑end solutions and make trade‑offs between technical and business requirements. * Deliver on‑prem and cloud deployments, upgrades, and enhancements. * Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a high‑performance engineering culture. * Maintain strong client and end‑user engagement through feedback and support. **Key Responsibilities:** * Translate client objectives into actionable product strategies and incorporate feedback into development. * Break complex problems into iterative, shippable components and manage their delivery. * Collaborate closely with Product and UX to define roadmaps and fast‑iteration cycles. * Lead technical architecture and solution design for new features and platform improvements. * Provide production support and deep technical expertise across the product suite. * Oversee on‑premise and cloud‑based deployments, upgrades, and continuous enhancements. **Required Skills:** * **Backend:** Proficient in Java and/or Node.js with TypeScript. * **Frontend:** Strong experience with React and TypeScript, following User‑Centered Design principles. * **Infrastructure:** Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud environments. * **Databases:** Experience with relational databases (Postgres, Oracle, etc.). * **APIs:** Design and implementation of RESTful APIs. * **System Design:** Ability to architect scalable, end‑to‑end solutions and evaluate trade‑offs. * **Soft Skills:** High curiosity, problem‑solving, client communication, constructive feedback, collaborative mindset, mentorship. * **Bonus:** Knowledge of functional programming languages such as Clojure or Haskell. **Required Education & Certifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience). * Relevant certifications in cloud platforms or professional development are a plus.
