**Job Title:** DevOps Engineer – GCP & Salesforce
**Role Summary:**
Experienced DevOps professional to design, implement, and maintain cloud‑native solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and manage Salesforce development and deployment pipelines. Work on integration of middleware, container orchestration, and automation tools in a fast‑paced, multi‑project environment.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver reliable CI/CD pipelines for GCP and Salesforce.
- Ensure security, scalability, and observability of cloud and integration services.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and resolve complex integration issues.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build and maintain GCP infrastructure using IaC and automation scripts.
- Develop, test, and deploy Salesforce code (Apex, LWC) via SFDX/CLI.
- Design and operate CI/CD workflows with GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Maven, SonarQube, and Checkmarx.
- Integrate middleware platforms (Kafka, Spring Boot, MuleSoft) into cloud environments.
- Manage containerized workloads with Kubernetes and Docker, including helm charts and rollout strategies.
- Write and maintain automation scripts in Python, Bash, and Groovy.
- Implement API integrations (REST, JSON, GraphQL) and enforce cloud security, IAM, and networking best practices.
- Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting using industry‑standard observability tools.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or platform engineering.
- Strong hands‑on experience with GCP services and cloud‑native architecture.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development/deployment (Apex, LWC, SFDX, CLI).
- Expertise in CI/CD tools: GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Maven, SonarQube, Checkmarx.
- Middleware experience: Kafka, Spring Boot, MuleSoft.
- Container orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker.
- Scripting: Python, Bash, Groovy.
- API knowledge: REST, JSON, GraphQL.
- Solid understanding of cloud security, IAM, networking, and monitoring/observability.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Preferred certifications: Google Cloud Professional Cloud Engineer, Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer, Salesforce Platform Developer I/II.
