**Job Title** Independent Recruiter **Role Summary** Provide end‑to‑end recruitment services in an independent, entrepreneurial capacity. Own the full recruitment cycle—prospecting, client nurturing, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement—while maintaining a strong commercial focus to drive new business and client retention. **Expectations** - Operate autonomously as an independent contractor. - Deliver measurable recruitment results (filled positions, client satisfaction). - Continuously develop commercial and recruitment expertise through on‑the‑job training. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. **Key Responsibilities** - Build and manage a portfolio of corporate clients through prospecting, qualification, and relationship management. - Understand clients’ business, cultural, and organizational needs to propose tailored recruiting solutions. - Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using multiple channels (job boards, direct outreach, networking). - Conduct structured, competency‑based interviews and assess fit. - Present compelling shortlists and advise clients on hiring decisions. - Manage candidate journey through offer negotiation to onboarding, ensuring long‑term placement success. - Collaborate closely with internal consultants and share insights on market trends. **Required Skills** - Strong commercial acumen: prospecting, negotiation, and client relationship building. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. - Structured interview and candidate evaluation techniques. - Time‑management, prioritization, and self‑direction. - Problem‑solving mindset and adaptability to evolving client needs. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred). - No mandatory certifications, but interest in industry certifications (e.g., ACCS, PMP, SHRM) is a plus.
