Job title: Program Consultant (Implementation Coordinator) – Provincial System Support Program Role Summary: Lead the implementation and scaling of AMANI, a culturally responsive mental health and substance use care model for Black youth across Ontario. Coordinate project activities, engage partners, and apply implementation science to embed equity, anti‑racism, and youth‑centered practices within local health systems. Expectations: - Possess lived experience within Ontario’s Black communities. - Demonstrate advanced knowledge of how anti‑Black racism and social determinants impact youth mental health. - Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines and funding report requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute evidence‑based implementation plans tailored to community contexts. - Train and support service teams in adopting AMANI’s model, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring fidelity. - Utilize implementation science, quality improvement, and change management frameworks to drive system and practice change. - Integrate equity, justice, anti‑racism, and anti‑oppression principles into models of care and service delivery. - Build and sustain partnerships with the Black Health Alliance, community organizations, youth, families, and service providers. - Collaborate with data and evaluation teams to analyze service data, identify trends, and recommend improvements. - Advise on virtual service delivery capacity building. - Prepare quarterly, semi‑annual, and annual funding and progress reports for stakeholders. Required Skills: - Strong project management, organizational planning, and time‑management abilities. - Proven experience in coordinating health initiatives with a focus on anti‑racism and cultural responsiveness. - Expertise in implementation science, quality improvement, and change management. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. - Capacity to analyze data and translate findings into actionable improvement actions. - Ability to travel across Ontario and work independent of the Greater Toronto Area. Required Education & Certifications: - Master’s Degree in Health, Education, Social Services, or a related discipline. - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in mental health, substance use, or health services with documented success in community‑based, anti‑oppressive initiatives. - Valid driver’s license.

Job Description
**Job title** Program Assistant – Emergency Crisis Service **Role Summary** Support the Emergency Department’s operation in a 12‑hour shift, 12-hour part‑time, permanent capacity.
