Job Description
**Job Title** Administrative Execution Officer (H/F) **Role Summary** Responsible for end‑to‑end administrative processing of execution‑phase loan and credit dossiers. Ensures accurate documentation, data handling, and compliance with internal procedures while collaborating with partners and handling limited legal processes. **Expectations** - Demonstrated responsiveness, meticulousness, and analytical thinking. - Strong organizational skills and proficiency with standard office software. - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Verify physical and electronic dossier completeness. 2. Dispatch, sort, prepare, and archive client documents. 3. Launch investigations and process enquiry responses. 4. Manage document exchanges with external partners. 5. Handle de‑archiving and re‑classification requests. 6. Validate payment integration statements. 7. Maintain data quality in accordance with established rules and procedures. 8. Perform basic legal dossier handling, with preference for prior experience in collection or litigation contexts. **Required Skills** - Attention to detail, rigor, and analytical mindset. - Proactive problem solving and initiative. - Good organizational and time‑management abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Effective written and verbal communication. - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. - Familiarity with judicial processes and terminology (preferred). **Required Education & Certifications** - Secondary/tertiary education in business administration, finance, law, or related field. - Previous experience in administrative processing of financial or legal dossiers is mandatory. - Certifications in administration, finance, or legal procedures are advantageous.
