**Job Title:** Project Manager - New Projects **Role Summary:** Manage end-to-end development of wind, solar, and energy storage projects, focusing on site prospecting, land acquisition, and stakeholder engagement. **Expectations:** Proven experience in renewable energy project development, land management, and contract negotiation. Must work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams to secure project sites and advance projects through qualification stages. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and assess potential project sites via cartographic and field analysis. - Conduct pre-feasibility studies, analyze technical constraints, and consult with authorities, landowners, and stakeholders. - Negotiate and finalize land agreements with property owners, agricultural bodies, and public entities. - Prepare proposals for tenders and interest expressions. - Track project progress, provide regular reporting, and coordinate with development and permitting teams. **Required Skills:** - Expertise in renewable energy project development (wind, solar, storage). - Strong cartographic skills and familiarity with land-use planning tools. - Contract negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and independent project management. - Office software proficiency (Microsoft Office suite). - Fieldwork readiness, including regular travel and physical mobility. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or advanced degree in project management, civil engineering, urban planning, or environmental science (4-5 years higher education). - Mandatory: Valid driving license (B category).
