Job Description
**Job title** Cybersecurity Operations Analyst – DLP **Role Summary** Provide governance and oversight for scrum teams developing custom ServiceNow applications. Define and implement governance frameworks, train development teams, align new custom developments with enterprise architecture, integrate external applications, and manage the product and application roadmap to support the organization’s ServiceNow platform strategy. **Expectations** - Minimum 5 years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience focused on custom application design. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). **Key Responsibilities** - Deliver governance guidance to scrum teams, ensuring adherence to development standards and guidelines. - Collaborate with Strategic Committee leaders to create governance documentation and procedures for ServiceNow custom application development. - Guide scrum teams in solution design for complex custom applications and provide technical oversight. - Conduct training for lead developers and development teams on advanced ServiceNow custom development techniques and best practices. - Gather and refine initial business and technical requirements for new custom development initiatives. - Partner with lead architects to evaluate, recommend, and implement best‑practice governance models and architectural standards. - Lead integration initiatives, architecting seamless connections between ServiceNow and external systems and applications. - Develop, manage, and maintain product and application roadmaps aligned with the overarching ServiceNow platform strategy. **Required Skills** - ServiceNow platform expertise (App Engine, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Scoped Applications). - Proven experience establishing and implementing governance frameworks for development projects. - Strong Agile/Scrum methodology knowledge with advisory or lead capacity experience. - Ability to train, mentor, and influence both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Familiarity with REST, SOAP, and MID Server integration tools and strategies. - Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards relevant to enterprise software development. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and industry experience. - (Optional/Preferred) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or equivalent certification.
