**Job Title:** Sales Ops Specialist (Contract) **Role Summary:** A full‑time, contract‑to‑hire position focused on supporting sales acquisition and creator success teams. Responsible for lead list activation, outreach execution, data tracking, and internal tool development to enable high‑volume, personalized creator engagement and streamline sales processes. **Expectations:** - Deliver measurable outreach results and qualified meetings. - Build scalable systems and templates that improve efficiency. - Actively participate in cross‑functional initiatives and team meetings. - Demonstrate self‑direction while collaborating closely with AEs and CSMs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Activate and manage lead lists; execute DMs and platform‑native outreach. - Craft personalized outreach messages; run A/B tests to optimize reply rates. - Track and analyze outreach metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements. - Build and refine internal tracking tools (Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, etc.). - Update outbound sales materials (pitch decks, case studies). - Collaborate with CSMs to enhance onboarding documentation and training content. - Participate in cross‑functional initiatives to reduce manual work and improve processes. - Join team meetings and support special projects across Sales, Success, and Ops. **Required Skills:** - Strong written communication with attention to tone, timing, and personalization. - Data‑driven mindset: comfortable with metrics, analytics, and A/B testing. - Proficiency in Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, and similar tools; experience with Monday.com is a plus. - Organized, proactive, and self‑directed; able to manage repetitive tasks efficiently. - Collaborative team player with cross‑functional communication skills. - Familiarity with the creator economy, digital media, and platform operations. - Prior exposure to content creation or following creators across platforms (bonus). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Recent graduate or early‑career professional; bachelor’s degree preferred (no specific major required). - No mandatory certifications; relevant coursework in sales, marketing, or data analytics is advantageous.
