Job Description: Job Title: Account Executive, France Role Summary: Own end‑to‑end sales cycle for new and existing enterprise customers within a defined territory, driving pipeline creation, qualification, and closure of logos and expansion opportunities. Lead cross‑functional coordination and deliver compelling presentations to C‑level and technical audiences. Expatations: - 0–30 days: Acquire deep product knowledge and pitch proficiency. - 30–60 days: Build cross‑functional relationships and define initial account penetration strategy. - 60–90 days: Establish a clear account strategy and relationship map for key prospects. - 6 months: Grow pipeline to 3× quota and advance at least 3 proof‑of‑concepts. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect, qualify, and close new logos and upsell opportunities in assigned territory. - Manage and forecast sales pipeline, providing accurate revenue visibility. - Coordinate with Sales Development, Legal, Engineering, Security, Marketing, and Product teams to navigate complex sales cycles. - Maintain and grow relationship maps for target accounts. - Deliver product and value proposition presentations to diverse audiences, from executives to technical staff. Required Skills: - 5–7+ years selling enterprise software solutions, preferably in database or adjacent technologies. - Consultative, value‑based sales methodology for cloud, on‑premise, and hybrid deployments. - Strong assessment of customer needs and ability to build trusted relationships at all organizational levels. - Proficiency with AI tools to enhance sales activities. - Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets. - Excellent time‑management, resource allocation, and organizational capabilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
