**Job title** Cyber Security Engineer **Role Summary** Lead enterprise application security, cloud security, and DevSecOps initiatives. Design secure architecture, embed security throughout the SDLC, and collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to protect applications and platforms from modern cyber threats. **Expactations** - Drive security architecture for cloud and on‑prem environments. - Integrate DevSecOps practices into CI/CD pipelines. - Conduct secure code reviews, threat modeling, and vulnerability assessments. - Implement SAST, DAST, SCA, and container scanning tools. - Design secure coding standards and best‑practice enforcement. - Architect API, microservices, and container security. - Lead IAM implementations (SSO, RBAC, OAuth, OIDC, MFA). - Manage cloud security controls (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Coordinate penetration testing and risk assessments. - Apply Zero Trust principles and segmentation. - Monitor incidents, collaborate with SOC. - Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI‑DSS, CIS benchmarks. - Mentor security staff and develop technical documentation. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and implement enterprise application security architecture. - Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps). - Perform secure code reviews and threat modeling. - Deploy and manage SAST/DAST/SCA/Container scanning tools. - Define and enforce secure coding standards. - Architecture API, microservice, and container security for cloud‑native apps. - Lead IAM solutions (Okta, Azure AD, Ping, SailPoint, ForgeRock). - Configure cloud security controls and posture management on AWS/Azure/GCP. - Coordinate security risk assessments, penetration tests, and incident response. - Implement Zero Trust and network segmentation. - Maintain compliance with industry frameworks. - Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and documentation. **Required Skills** - 3+ years in Cyber Security / Application Security / Security Engineering. - Deep knowledge of application security, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and secure SDLC. - Hands‑on with SAST/DAST/SCA tools (Checkmarx, Fortify, Veracode, SonarQube, Black Duck, Snyk). - Experience securing pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps). - Cloud security architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP). - API, microservices, container, and Kubernetes security. - IAM familiarity (Okta, Azure AD, Ping, SailPoint, ForgeRock). - OWASP Top 10, threat modeling, vulnerability management. - SIEM/monitoring (Splunk, QRadar) and incident response. - Network security fundamentals (firewalls, WAF, IDS/IPS, Zero Trust). - Scripting/programming (Python, Java, Bash) for automation. - Knowledge of compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI‑DSS, CIS). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. - Industry certifications preferred: CISSP, CEH, CISM, CSSLP, CCSP. - Demonstrated experience with enterprise security transformation or DevSecOps initiatives.
