Job Description
**Job Title** ServiceNow ITSM Developer **Role Summary** Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow IT Service Management applications (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Mobile App, Virtual Agent) to meet client requirements and design plans. Deliver quality code, conduct testing, and support Agile development cycles while ensuring high availability and repeatable processes. **Expectations** - Configure ServiceNow ITSM modules in line with approved designs. - Write and execute unit, system integration, performance, and user acceptance tests. - Develop solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS. - Create SQL and LDAP queries to interface with Oracle, MySQL, and Active Directory. - Apply Agile/Scrum principles in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. - Communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow ITSM configurations and customizations. - Conduct comprehensive testing (unit, integration, performance, UAT) and document results. - Maintain separate development, staging, and production environments with high availability. - Participate in Agile ceremonies: pre‑iteration planning, daily stand‑ups, demos, and retrospectives. - Provide technical guidance to project team members and collaborate cross‑functionally. **Required Skills** - ServiceNow ITSM architecture and module implementation. - JavaScript, Jelly scripting, HTML, CSS, XML, and Web Services integration. - SQL query construction and LDAP querying for Oracle, MySQL, and AD data retrieval. - Agile/Scrum methodology and SDLC best practices. - Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (implied). - ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) required. ---
