Role: End User Support Specialist
Location: Onsite

Responsibilities:

Experience working in a Microsoft Windows environment, Configuration Manager, Intune, Azure AD, M365, Autopilot, and Desktop Analytics.
Expertise with Incident Management, Request Fulfilment, Knowledge Management, or Service Level Management.
Manage Helpdesk support requests through the ticketing system (ServiceNow)
Provide technical troubleshooting expertise to resolve various hardware and software upgrades, repairs, and support.
Can assist in New Hire Onboarding Process: Equipment Deploys, Account Creation, Imaging, Setup, and Training
Also, can assist in creating and maintaining documentation on Helpdesk policies and user support
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field of study; Experience may substitute for the Degree.
Certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Profession (MCP), ServiceNow Foundational (ITSM), Microsoft AZ-900 and ITIL Foundations are also an asset

On behalf of one of our key partners RED now has a new opportunity for an experienced Mainframe DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in Cobol, DB2, IMS, GTMS, and JCL. The role requires a deep understanding of architecture (hardware, OS, networking, databases, middleware).


Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience with Cobol, DB2, IMS, GTMS, and JCL
Excellent understanding of architecture as well as development tools.
Experience with integration using different technologies (distributes/mainframe) and infra components
Experience with Distributed - JAVA
Knowledge of agile methodology
Strong English speaker

Nice to Have Skills and Qualifications:
Experience with middleware (MQ, zOS Connect, SOAP) can be the distinguishing factor
Dutch/French speaking


Candidates ideally will be based in Belgium, but if you can travel to Brussels once per week this is also accepted.

Requirements:
Main task is to guide the customer to implement their software business model tailored for S/4Hana Public Cloud
Design and propose a standardized Software data model
Integration of their 3rd party subscription tool (Zuora)
Collaborate with business process teams to ensure alignment and support
Recommend best practices for data governance and maintenance

Skillset:
Expert in Services/ Software Area, understand End to End process, experiences in S/4HANA Public Cloud
Should have experience from other projects in the area of Software Business
Strong Knowledge in Solution Order (4GT)
