**Job title:** EVP / Chief Technology Officer
**Role Summary:** Lead enterprise-wide technology strategy and execution, aligning IT vision with organizational priorities. Oversee all technology functions—infra, applications, cybersecurity, industrial control, and integrated security—ensuring secure, resilient, scalable systems that support operational excellence and long‑term growth.
**Expactations:**
- Deliver a cohesive technology roadmap that meets executive and board objectives.
- Maintain highest standards of reliability, performance, and regulatory compliance.
- Foster a culture of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define and execute enterprise technology strategy.
- Oversee infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, industrial control systems, land‑mobile radio, and integrated security.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and operational resilience.
- Partner cross‑functionally to drive efficiency, innovation, and scalable growth.
- Lead and mentor senior technology leaders, including an IT Director.
**Required Skills:**
- Strategic leadership with executive‑level influence.
- Deep expertise in IT infrastructure, application development, cybersecurity, and industrial control systems.
- Knowledge of land‑mobile radio and integrated security system integration.

**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years of progressive technology leadership, including senior executive roles in complex, enterprise‑scale environments.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ITIL, or equivalent) preferred.
