Senior Technical Business Analyst Role Summary: Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into scalable CRM, onboarding, and compliance system specifications. Collaborate with engineering, product, and compliance teams to ensure systems align with global operational and regulatory standards. Expectations: Drive end-to-end design and integration of enterprise workflows, ensure compliance with jurisdiction-specific regulations, and maintain system quality through rigorous validation and documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Capture functional and non-functional requirements for CRM, onboarding, and compliance systems. - Design data models, entity relationships, and access controls aligned with business needs. - Define canonical data schemas and integration specifications (REST APIs, ETL). - Develop onboarding workflows reflecting KYC/KYB, AML, sanctions screening, and regulatory rules. - Author user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases; facilitate sprint planning and UAT. - Lead requirements traceability, impact analysis, and change control for system updates. - Coordinate with legal, compliance, and risk teams to translate regulations into implementation-ready specs. - Support QA, remediation, and post-release troubleshooting. - Maintain solution documentation (diagrams, data dictionaries, runbooks) and train stakeholders. - Work in agile teams with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
