**Job Title**: Application Manager - Permanent Position **Role Summary**: Oversee the performance, longevity, and strategic alignment of assigned applications. Lead application projects and coordinate internal/external teams to ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement. **Expectations**: - Ensure application performance aligns with organizational strategy. - Manage technical and operational aspects of application lifecycle, from evolution to deployment. - Balance leadership of teams and technical expertise to drive project success. **Key Responsibilities**: - Direct application projects (new and existing) from initiation to execution. - Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for implementation and support. - Monitor application quality, performance, and security metrics. - Conduct technological and functional audits for process optimization. - Track budgets and resource allocation for assigned applications. **Required Skills**: - In-depth knowledge of software architectures, application lifecycles, and project management methodologies. - Proficiency in development environments, operating systems, and tools. - Expertise in application security protocols and performance optimization. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional team coordination abilities. - Advanced communication and client-focused service orientation. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. - Demonstrated experience in application management or technical leadership roles. - Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, ITIL) or software development (e.g., Scrum Master) preferred.
