**Job Title:** Salesforce Solution Architect – CPQ / Revenue Cloud / Field Service
**Role Summary:**
Strategic and technical leader responsible for designing, architecting, and delivering end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions focused on CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and Field Service. Works with clients to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures that drive measurable transformation.
**Expectations:**
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including 5+ years designing and implementing CPQ solutions.
- Proven delivery of complex Quote‑to‑Cash, Pricing, and Revenue Cloud projects across multiple industries.
- Ability to lead technical discussions with executive stakeholders and guide delivery teams in Agile environments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and architect Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and Field Service Lightning solutions aligned with client business processes.
- Develop product models, pricing rules, advanced approvals, and end‑to‑end quote‑to‑cash flows.
- Define integration patterns, custom Apex/Lightning components, and leverage AppExchange packages.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and consultants throughout project lifecycles.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams using Jira or similar tools to ensure Agile/Scrum delivery standards.
- Produce solution documentation, technical specifications, and governance artifacts.
- Conduct workshops and presentations for executive and business stakeholders.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ (configuration, pricing, quoting, approvals).
- Strong knowledge of Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning architectures.
- Proficiency in integration methods (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, middleware) and custom development (Apex, Lightning Web Components).
- Experience with AppExchange solutions, DocuSign, OmniStudio, and revenue recognition tools (preferred).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience; familiar with Jira or equivalent.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist (or Advanced CPQ Specialist).
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant and Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
- Preferred (but not mandatory): Revenue Cloud Consultant, Field Service Consultant, Platform App Builder, and/or Architect‑level certifications.
