Nous recherchons un(e) Manager Data BI pour piloter des projets stratégiques liés à l’analyse et à la gestion des données au sein de l’organisation de notre partenaire. Vos missions principales :

Supervision des activités BI :
Concevoir et superviser la mise en place de tableaux de bord et de rapports analytiques à destination des métiers.
Garantir la fiabilité, la pertinence et la qualité des données utilisées dans les outils BI.
Coordination et gestion des projets :
Assurer l’interface entre les équipes métiers et les équipes techniques pour comprendre les besoins et y répondre avec des solutions adaptées.
Suivre l’avancement des projets BI, identifier les risques, et mettre en œuvre des solutions pour les atténuer.

Management d’équipe :
Animer et encadrer une équipe spécialisée en Business Intelligence et en gestion de plateformes data.
Accompagner les collaborateurs dans leur montée en compétences et leur développement professionnel.
Amélioration des processus et des outils :
Évaluer et mettre à jour les outils BI et les pratiques en place pour répondre aux évolutions technologiques et métiers.
Proposer et implémenter des améliorations afin d’optimiser l’efficacité des solutions BI.

Stack technique :
Outils BI : Power BI, Tableau ou équivalent.
Bases de données : SQL, Snowflake.

Profil recherché :

Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. Established in 2014, we have steadily grown to 25 staff, of which more than half are developers. As a company we manage a number of exciting rail industry clients including Thameslink, Southeastern, Great Northern and Gatwick Express.

About the role
The successful candidate will have a strong background in AWS infrastructure, deployment automation, and release management. They will be responsible for developing and implementing our AWS infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. We expect candidates to be natural problem solvers who are comfortable learning a new industry at a fast pace. They must be able to make succinct technical decisions in conjunction with the rest of the technical team.

This is an exciting role for anyone looking to join a busy organization and work in an innovative industry.

The candidate should have strong experience with:
Design, implement and maintain AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code
(IaC) tools such as Terraform
Manage and monitor AWS services such as EC2, RDS, S3, ELB, and Route 53.

Perform security assessments, implement security best practices and monitor for
security incidents.
Implement and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions or equivalent.
Linux administration, especially Debian/Ubuntu server
Build and maintain Docker Swarm clusters, including the configuration and
management of nodes, services, and networks.
Scripting skills: especially Bash, Python, Perl, Ruby etc.
