Job Title: Business Manager Role Summary: Own and drive commercial growth for a portfolio of industrial clients, executing sales strategy in partnership with the Business Unit Manager. Manage the full sales cycle, ensure successful service delivery, maintain client satisfaction, and uphold profitability while contributing to agency strategy. Expectations: * Develop, refine, and execute a personalized business development plan aligned with agency goals. * Meet or exceed revenue and growth targets for assigned accounts. * Ensure a high level of client satisfaction, building long‑term partnerships. * Maintain profitability and operational efficiency across the portfolio. Key Responsibilities: * Implement the commercial strategy defined with the Business Unit Manager. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial sector. * Prospect strategic targets (leads, high‑potential accounts, technical, procurement, HR stakeholders). * Qualify client needs and design tailored service proposals (packages, technical assistance, service centers). * Manage the complete sales cycle: discovery → negotiation → contract signing. * Oversee service launch and guarantee on‑time, compliant delivery. * Maintain ongoing client engagement and satisfaction. * Monitor profitability and growth of your activity scope. * Provide market intelligence and strategic feedback to the agency. Required Skills: * Proven commercial aptitude: prospecting, needs analysis, presentation, negotiation, closing, and client follow‑up. * Technical understanding of engineering, industrial, or IT client environments. * Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship‑building skills. * Ability to work independently and champion an intrapreneurial agenda. * Analytical and problem‑solving mindset; adaptability to changing priorities. * Proficiency with CRM and sales tools. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. * Prior sales or business development experience in engineering, industrial, or IT contexts preferred.
