**Job Title** Campaign Operations Specialist **Role Summary** Execute and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across the full funnel using MarTech tools (Marketo, Salesforce, Wistia, GoldCast). Collaborate with cross‑functional marketing, sales, and product teams to generate new leads, nurture prospects through trials, and convert them into customers. Analyze performance data weekly to inform decisions and improve conversion rates. **Expactations** - Work remotely with availability during EST or CST business hours. - Handle multiple concurrent initiatives, prioritizing to meet growth targets. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders in sales, marketing, and product. **Key Responsibilities** - Set up, manage, and monitor campaigns in Marketo, including audience segmentation, email and in‑product messaging. - Coordinate end‑to‑end webinar processes (registration, promotion, execution) to maximize engagement. - Analyze campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and report weekly KPIs. - Ensure consistent brand experience across email, web, and in‑product channels. - Maintain data hygiene and integration between CRM, marketing automation, and other MarTech platforms. **Required Skills** - Marketing operations, automation, growth, or lifecycle marketing experience. - Proficiency with Marketo and Salesforce; experience with Pendo, PathFactory, GoldCast, or Wistia preferred. - Strong analytical and data‑driven reporting abilities; proficiency with Excel or BI tools. - Excellent project management, organization, and multitasking skills. - Clear, collaborative communication with cross‑functional teams. - Knowledge of CRM best practices and standard methodologies. - Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS and web development concepts is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - Certifications in Marketo, Salesforce, or similar MarTech platforms are highly regarded.
