Job Description

Job Title: Backend Developer Role Summary: Develop and deploy scalable backend solutions for a high-traffic SaaS platform serving millions of users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system architecture and deliver continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows. Expectations: Proven experience in backend development with PHP, proficiency in high-performance web application design, and familiarity with distributed systems. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain backend features for enterprise customers. - Debug and resolve system bugs while optimizing existing application performance. - Collaborate with Product, Frontend Developers, and DevOps to align technical solutions with business goals. - Implement CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable deployment to production environments. - Evolve system architecture to ensure scalability and adapt to growth demands. Required Skills: - Strong PHP development expertise. - Experience building scalable web applications and SaaS platforms. - Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. - Familiarity with distributed systems and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins). - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and related web technologies. - Excellent English communication and problem-solving capabilities. Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; or equivalent practical experience.
