Job Description
**Job Title:** Marketing Coordinator **Role Summary:** Support the execution of marketing and communications initiatives across the organization, delivering integrated campaigns, events, digital content, and internal communications that promote brand consistency and stakeholder engagement. **Expectations:** - Minimum 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related discipline (professional services or infrastructure sectors preferred). - Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain high quality. - Strong written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, and corporate events, including logistics, registration, promotional materials, and post‑event follow‑up. - Assist in planning and implementing integrated marketing and communications campaigns, collaborating with design teams and external vendors. - Draft, edit, and proofread marketing copy for newsletters, social media, intranet, website, brochures, and presentations, ensuring brand consistency. - Manage day‑to‑day social media posting, monitor digital metrics, and provide performance insights. - Support creation of digital and print advertisements and maintain brand assets across platforms. - Contribute to internal communications: newsletters, intranet posts, and announcements that strengthen employee engagement. - Provide administrative assistance and reporting to the Marketing & Communications Director. **Required Skills:** - Project coordination and multitasking in a fast‑paced environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication; strong editing and proofreading. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CMS platforms. - Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams. - Proactive, creative problem‑solving and attention to detail. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. ---
