Job title: Talent Lead (Technology) Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end technology talent acquisition for a hypergrowth logistics startup, partnering with engineering, product, and data leaders to deliver high‑quality hires on accelerated timelines. Expectations: - Deliver a consistent pipeline of top engineering talent with low time‑to‑fill. - Maintain high candidate experience and strong stakeholder satisfaction. - Continuously optimize recruiting processes, tools, and metrics. Key Responsibilities: - Own full hiring lifecycle: source, engage, interview, negotiate and close engineering candidates. - Craft clear job descriptions and role scorecards; manage candidate pipelines in ATS. - Build and sustain relationships with senior tech leaders and hiring managers. - Leverage sourcing tools, automation, and AI to improve productivity and quality of hire. - Track, analyze, and report key TA metrics (sourcing activity, time‑to‑fill, offer acceptance, satisfaction). - Identify bottlenecks, propose and implement process improvements. Required Skills: - Proven senior recruiter or talent acquisition lead experience, especially in engineering. - Strong sourcing, outreach, and negotiation skills. - Demonstrated success in hypergrowth/scale‑up environments. - Data‑driven mindset; proficient in using metrics to guide decisions. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication. - Proficiency with ATS, sourcing platforms, and recruiting analytics tools. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Computer Science or related field preferred; recruiting certifications (e.g., SHRM‑SP, AIRS) a plus.
