**Job title:** Vice President of Information Technology
**Role Summary:**
Lead enterprise‑wide technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, operational excellence, and cybersecurity resilience. Drive digital transformation, data analytics, and scalable IT solutions across a multi‑site, high‑growth environment, while managing budgets, vendor relationships, and high‑performing teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop, execute, and monitor enterprise technology roadmap.
- Identify and implement solutions that improve productivity, customer experience, and ROI.
- Lead cybersecurity strategy; ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Design, test, and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Build and lead data & analytics strategy for business intelligence.
- Oversee IT department: support, development, infrastructure, digital workplace, ERP/CRM, and application management.
- Coach and mentor IT teams, maintaining a mix of strategic leadership and hands‑on execution.
- Collaborate with executive and business unit leaders to co‑create technology-enabled business solutions.
- Communicate IT initiatives to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Manage IT budget, cost analysis, resource allocation, and vendor partnerships.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years senior IT leadership with enterprise‑level accountability in complex or high‑growth environments.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technology solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
- Strong IT governance, cybersecurity, data strategy, software development, and infrastructure modernization expertise.
- Financial acumen: budget optimization, spend efficiency, ROI tracking.
- High‑performing team building, hands‑on technical competence, and pragmatic execution.
- Executive presence, influential communication, and relationship‑management skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Post‑secondary degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (BS/Masters).
- Additional executive training or advanced degrees are a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP, ITIL, CISA, or equivalent) are advantageous.
