**Job Title:**
Contract – Manager Retail Regional
**Role Summary:**
Oversee daily operations of all retail sites within the Greater Toronto Area, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, budgetary control, and performance metrics. Lead staffing, recruitment, training, and retention initiatives while fostering a high‑performing team environment.
**Expectations:**
- 3–5 years of management experience (retail or logistics).
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
- Strong decision‑making, self‑starter attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 75 % of the time.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PROS reporting, and SAP TMS/Portal.
- Solid financial acumen.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of retail and support sites in the GTA.
- Oversee staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for Retail, SRR, and clerical teams.
- Develop and execute talent development, retention, and training programs; lead Attendance Awareness Program.
- Conduct regular store and terminal visits to verify inventory, cleanliness, brand standards, equipment.
- Control site budget; maintain accurate GL entries.
- Produce monthly and quarterly reports for the Divisional Retail Manager (KPI tracking, QlikView, PROS, Credits/Voids).
- Monitor volume, revenue, and retail KPIs; analyze competitiveness.
- Provide leadership to store and support staff; facilitate training and development.
- Attend regional management meetings as required.
- Coordinate territory management: training, customer inquiries, operation liaison for Agents, Staples, PUDO, Michaels, and Drop Boxes.
**Required Skills:**
- Retail or logistics management experience (3–5 yrs).
- Strong operational, financial, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Team building, coaching, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), PROS, SAP TMS, and Portal.
- Ability to travel extensively (up to 75 %).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
- Managerial or logistics certifications (e.g., CSCS, CIM, SAP) considered an advantage.
