Job title: Senior Software Engineer (Tech Lead) Role Summary: Tech‑lead responsible for modernizing legacy product portfolio and delivering new automation features. Leads design, development, and refactoring of scalable, cloud‑ready enterprise applications while mentoring mixed teams of internal and contract developers. Expectations: • Deliver high‑quality, maintainable code in AWS environments • Mentor teammates on best practices and technical design • Communicate complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders • Provide clear risk & progress updates to management.
